Frank T. Curry, D.D.S.

Dr. Curry attended the University of Southern California as an undergraduate and continued on to receive his Doctorate in Dental Surgery.  After serving two years as a U.S. Navy Lieutenant, he began his private practice in general dentistry in the same office as present.

Due to his strong commitment to continued education, Dr. Curry has been honored by memberships to many professional academies including Academy of General Dentistry (Master status), American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, Pierre Fauchard International Society, International Academy of Gnathology, Academy of Osseointegration, Pacific Coast Society of Prosthodontics, and Newport Harbor Academy of Dentistry (board member).  Dr. Curry has also been the president of the Orange County Dental Society, Trustee for the California Dental Association and Chairman of Scientific Sessions - California Dental Association.

Along with his practice, Dr. Curry has lectured extensively on esthetic and comprehensive dentistry.  Last, but not by any means least, Dr. Curry is the proud father of two grown children, Brandon and Darcy.

 

Gail Miller, Office Administrator

Gail has worked for Dr. Curry since 1992 and has many years of dental experience. Gail started her career as a Registered Dental Assistant and after 10 years, moved up to the front office. Her job includes financial arrangements, accounts payables, treatment coordinator and overseeing the staff. Gail enjoys reading, antiquing, interior decorating and listening to music. Gail and Bill also enjoy flying in their airplane, boating and water skiing. They have two kids of the furry feline variety, Oliver and Krystal.

 Allyson O'Hara, Insurance Coordinator

Allyson has been in the dental field since 1994 working both front office and as a dental assistant. Allyson has worked for Dr. Curry since 2005 handling all aspects of insurance, helping with the front office duties, office equipment coordination and handling all the outside errands. Allyson enjoys vacations with her husband and son, shopping and having fun with friends. Allyson also has her esthetician license and does skin care for family and friends.

 

Kim Hill, Registered Dental Assistant

Kim grew up in Ventura, California and has moved throughout California ever since. She moved here to Orange County in 2004. Kim received her RDA license with coronal polish from Gaylen College in Modesto, California in 1993. She has worked in general and cosmetic dental offices for 12 years and has been working with Dr. Curry since 2004. Her duties include assisting Dr. Curry with any procedure, taking impressions, pouring and trimming models, making temporary crowns, X-ray film exposure and development, as well as any other task needed in the back office. Kim enjoys the outdoors, going to concerts, movies, cooking and traveling. She is also a part time travel agent and esthetician.

Tammy Lazzara, Registered Dental Assistant

Tammy began working in dentistry in 1996. Tammy has been working with Dr. Curry since 2004. Her duties include assisting Dr. Curry with any procedure, taking impressions, pouring and trimming models, making temporary crowns, X-ray film exposure and development, as well any other task needed in the back office. Tammy is originally from Louisiana. She is married with one daughter, Lola. Tammy's hobbies include yoga, journalism, shopping and going to the beach.

 

Traci Rodgers, Register Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions

Traci attended Orange County Coast College for her general education and dental assisting and received her Expanded Functions license in 1995 from UCLA School of Dentistry. Traci's duties include assisting Dr. Curry with all procedures, making temporaries, X-ray film exposure, taking impressions, pouring and trimming models, as well as any other task needed in the back office. Traci and her husband, Mogan enjoy their second home in Lake Havasu where they relax in the sun and zip around the lake in their boat with their dog Osker.

 

Nancy O'Brien, Registered Dental Hygienist

Nancy graduated from USC in 1984 with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. She was a clinical instructor at USC from 1984-1985. Nancy has worked for Dr. Curry since 1990. Her duties include patient education, scaling and root planing with local anesthesia, use of nitrous oxide, management of periodontal patients, X-ray film exposure and development, blood pressure measuring and updating medical history. Nancy is married with 3 children. She loves to ski, read, shop, vacation and hang out with family and friends.

Tina Vore, Registered Dental Hygienist

Tina attended Pasadena City College for Dental Hygiene. Tina has worked in general dentistry and periodontal practices for over 20 years. Her duties include patient education, scaling and root planing with local anesthesia, use of nitrous oxide, management of periodontal patients, X-ray film exposure and development, blood pressure measuring and updating medical history. Tina has 4 beautiful children, 2 boys and 2 girls, and a great hubby. Tina enjoys reading, running, sewing, knitting, playing piano, singing, and interior decorating.

Barbara Poulson, Registered Dental Hygienist

Barbara graduated from USC in 1989 and has been working for Dr. Curry since 2002. Her duties include patient education, scaling and root planing with local anesthesia, use of nitrous oxide, management of periodontal patients, X-ray film exposure and development, blood pressure measuring and updating medical history. Barbara enjoys traveling with her husband and son. She loves to scuba dive.
